Cowboy Barbeque Rub
Ingredients:
2½ Tbsp. The Spice Hunter Cowboy Barbecue Rub
1-2 tsp. salt
Preparation:
Combine ingredients. Rub on slightly oiled spareribs, beef steak, hamburgers, lamb chops or chicken. Flavor improves if allowed to sit refrigerated 1-12 hours before cooking. Grill or bake.
