This recipe uses the following spices:

Lemon Thai Dressing


1 cup plain yogurt
2 Tbsp. Duke's Mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. The Spice Hunter Pure Lemon Extract
1 Tbsp. The Spice Hunter Freeze Dried Chives
½ tsp. The Spice Hunter California Cilantro
¼ tsp. The Spice Hunter Ground Ginger
½ tsp. The Spice Hunter Coarse Black Pepper
3 Tbsp. toasted sesame seeds
salt to taste


Blend the first 4 ingredients. Whisk in the spices, cover and chill 2-3 hours. Serve over your favorite green salad, chicken, or seafood.
