Spiced Pumpkin Pecan Pie

Ingredients:

1 tsp. The Spice Hunter Highland Harvestd Saigon Cinnamon*
½ tsp. The Spice Hunter Ginger*
¼ tsp. The Spice Hunter East/West Indies Ground Nutmeg*
1/8 tsp. The Spice Hunter Madagascar Ground Cloves*
1 tsp. The Spice Hunter Pure Vanilla Extract
1½ cups canned pumpkin
¼ tsp. salt
¾ cup brown sugar
½ cup light corn syrup
3 eggs
1 cup chopped pecans
1 9-inch pie crust
*can be replaced by 2 tsp. The Spice Hunter Pumpkin Pie Spice

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix all ingredients except pecans together until incorporated. Pour mixture into pie crust and top with pecans. Bake for 1 hour or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
