3 lbs. sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks½ stick of butter1/3 cup The Spice Hunter Hot Buttered Rum Mix¼ tsp. salt½ cup milk
Boil sweet potatoes until tender, drain and set aside. Return the pot to the stove over medium heat. Add butter, Hot Buttered Rum mix, salt and milk. Add sweet potatoes back to pot, mash and serve.
