Healthy Slow Cooker Carnitas
Ingredients:
4 lbs. pork roast
2 cups low sodium chicken broth
2-3 Tbsp. The Spice Hunter Mexican Seasoning
salt, to taste
Preparation:
Sprinkle Mexican seasoning over the pork roast. Place roast into slow cooker and pour chicken broth around the roast. Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 8 hours. Remove roast from slow cooker, shred with two forks and place back into slow cooker. Season to taste with salt. Serve with warm tortillas.
