This recipe uses the following spices:

Mini Fig & Goat Cheese Pizzas

Ingredients:

1 lb. prepared pizza dough
1 ½ tsp. Fresh at Hand Thyme
1 tsp. water
6-8 oz. dried figs, sliced thin
6 oz. goat cheese
1/3 cup honey

Preparation:

Divide dough into about 12 equal portions. Lightly dust with flour and stretch dough into small rounds, then place on a pizza stone or lightly greased baking sheet. Let sit at room temperature for about 15 minutes. Preheat oven to 450°F. In a small dish, stir thyme and water together until water is absorbed. Add honey to thyme and stir well. Spread a teaspoon or two of the honey mixture onto each dough round. Top with figs and cheese, then bake for about 10 minutes or until crust is golden brown. Remove from oven and drizzle with remaining honey before serving.
