This recipe uses the following spices:

Mixed Berry Frozen Yogurt


2 cups plain yogurt
12 oz. frozen mixed berries, thawed
½ cup 2% milk
½ cup sugar
½ tsp. The Spice Hunter Ground Jamaican Allspice or 100% Organic Ground Allspice


Combine yogurt, milk, sugar and allspice; stir to dissolve sugar. Puree berries and add to yogurt mixture. Freeze mixture in ice cream maker according to the manufacturer’s directions. If preferred, strain berry puree to remove seeds before adding to yogurt mixture.
