A subtle spice, not hot at all. My first use was in a sauteed shrimp recipe, where I added half-and-half to the pan, and then some of this powder. I will do this next with chicken…maybe pork.

I have searched high and low for the perfect curry blend. Today I found it: Indian Hot Curry Blend from The Spice Hunter. I used it in a butternut squash/lentil soup. It wowed me! Can’t wait to try it in other recipes.
