Absolutely love this spice on chicken or beef! Cut meat in strips and sprinkle this seasoning on while cooking and serve over a bed of crisp lettuce,black olives,fresh cut tomatoes, avacados and cheese and you have one great tasting dish with NO SALT!

We never use salt so it is doubly important to have flavors that pop. This Fajita Blend has been a favorite for a long time. I use it to add a little zip to egg salad, tuna salad etc. I like to add a little to the water when boiling rice pasta as it infuses the pasta with flavor during the cooking. Then I add it to my sauces as well as a nice sprinkle on chicken or steak to create a unified flavor profile in a meal. I also use it to flavor a nice homemade vinaigrette. I cook by ‘feel’ so as I assemble my components, I sniff a few blends to decide what perks up my mood. This one or the Mexican or Jamaican Blends are top favorites! Garam Masala too. Who needs salt?
