I came upon Spice Hunter’s original brine in Wyoming at a rural grocery store and used it for a number of turkeys. This blend came out fairly recently and I tried it last year. It is absolutely over the top! Moist, flavorful and memorable eating!

This might be considered a misuse of the product but I use both the original and lemon/garlic/herb to brine Cornish game hens and then smoke them. Seriously, it’s the best darn way to eat a hen.
