This rub is outstanding. I have used it on poultry, beef, lamb and pork, all with amazing results. The tumeric and paprika in this blend add a lovely color to the char on any meat.

I have enjoyed this spice on lots of dishes with tomato sauces and anything with cheese. Great on meats too! I’ve even added it to salads with olive oil and vinegar. One great versatile spice blend!

Mixed this in liberally with a few other spices and made a dry rub for goat legs. Really brought up the flavour level. Definitely a new pantry staple for me.

I like this spice on popcorn….I heat it with a combination of thyme, coconut oil and butter to add to the popcorn. I also use it in soups and meat dishes. And it’s time to order more.
