Baked Cheddar Artichoke Dip
2 (15 oz.) cans artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
2 cups shredded sharp or extra sharp cheddar cheese
1 cup Duke’s Mayonnaise
4 green onions, chopped
1 ½ tsp. Fresh at Hand Garlic or 1 tsp. The Spice Hunter California Granulated Garlic
Preheat oven to 325°F. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Pour into a pie pan or small baking dish. Cook for about 30 minutes or until bubbly. If desired, broil for a few minutes until top is deep, golden brown. Serve with crackers or bread.
