Black Bean and Corn Salsa

Black Bean and Corn Salsa


1 15 oz. can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 11 oz. can corn with peppers added, drained
1 medium tomato, diced
1 avocado, diced
1 Tbsp. The Spice Hunter Coriander Lime Global Fusion Rub
1 Tbsp. lime juice


Combine all ingredients and chill for at least 30 minutes before serving. Serve with tortilla chips, as a topping for grilled fish or chicken, or as a side dish.
