Carrot Raisin Salad
½ cup olive oil
6 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
2 Tbsp. honey
1 Tbsp. The Spice Hunter Yellow Ground Mustard
2 lbs. carrots, peeled and shredded
1 cup raisins
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1. Whisk oil, vinegar, honey and mustard together in a large bowl.
2. Add carrots, raisins and pineapple and toss to combine.
3. Season with salt and pepper, if desired, and serve.
