Coffee-Cardamom Ice Cream
1⅓ cups heavy cream
1 cup sweetened condensed milk
½ cup evaporated milk
¼ cup light corn syrup
1 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. instant espresso powder
1 tsp. The Spice Hunter Ground Guatemalan Cardamom
½ tsp. The Spice Hunter Pure Vanilla Extract
1. Process cream in a food processor or blender until stiff peaks form, scraping down the sides as needed.
2. Add condensed milk, evaporated milk, corn syrup, sugar, espresso powder, cardamom and vanilla. Process until thoroughly combined, about 15-30 seconds.
3. Pour mixture into a freezer-safe container. Cover and freeze until firm, at least 6 hours.
