1 tsp. The Spice Hunter California Dill
2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
½ tsp. salt
⅛ tsp. The Spice Hunter Fine Black Pepper
1 ½ cups milk
Melt butter in saucepan and add dill, flour, salt, and pepper to melted butter. Whisk milk into saucepan and bring to a boil. Cook for about 2 minutes or until thickened. Serve over salmon, chicken, or vegetables.
