Everything Bagel Crunch Hummus
1 (15 oz.) can garbanzo beans, drained
¼ cup tahini
Juice of 1 lemon
½ cup olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1 Tbsp. The Spice Hunter Everything Bagel Crunch, plus more for garnish
⅛ tsp. The Spice Hunter Smoked Paprika
1. Place drained garbanzo beans, tahini and lemon juice in the bowl of a food processer; pulse 3-4 times. Gradually add olive oil and pulse until hummus is a smooth consistency.
2. Taste, season with salt and pepper if desired. Stir in 1 tablespoon of Everything Bagel Crunch.
3. Place hummus in a serving bowl. Drizzle a small amount of olive oil on top, sprinkle paprika and more Everything Bagel Crunch over all. Serve with tortilla chips, fresh vegetables or pita chips.
