1/4 cup canola oil
2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
2-3 Tbsp. The Spice Hunter Fajita Seasoning
1 lb. chicken or sirloin, thinly sliced, or
shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 medium red pepper, sliced
1 medium green pepper, sliced
1 small red onion, sliced
3 green onions, chopped
salt to taste
1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
4 oz. feta cheese, crumbled
1 dozen corn tortillas, warmed


In large bowl, combine oil, lime juice, and Fajita Seasoning. Add meat, peppers, and onions. Stir until thoroughly coated. Heat large skillet on high. Pour meat and vegetables into hot pan, cooking and stirring until meat is cooked throughout. Fill tortillas with meat and vegetables. Sprinkle with cilantro and cheese.
