Fiery Fish Tacos
1 lb. fish, such as halibut, tuna or cod
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 1/2 Tbsp. lime juice
2 tsp. ground The Spice Hunter Fiery Chile Fusion Grinder, plus more to taste
1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
salsa verde or mango salsa
In a large bowl combine oil, lime juice, seasoning and salt. Add fish, turning to coat. Grill fish or cook in a skillet over medium heat until cooked as desired. Cut fish into bite-size pieces. Make tacos, using cabbage, tomatoes and salsa as desired.
