1 lb. fish, cut into 1 inch cubes
2 Tbsp. canola oil
2½ Tbsp. The Spice Hunter 100% Organic Mexican Seasoning
1½ Tbsp. lime juice
1 tsp. salt (optional)
1 can salsa Verde
salt to taste
Wrap tortillas in foil and heat in a 350°F oven. In a large bowl, toss together fish, oil, Mexican seasoning, lime juice and salt. Heat skillet on medium high heat. Place fish in skillet, cooking and stirring until fish is hot throughout, about 10 minutes. Remove tortillas from oven. Fill with cooked fish, tomatoes, cabbage, and salsa and serve.
