Turkey and Veggie Burgers
1½ lbs. ground turkey
1 Tbsp. The Spice Hunter Poultry Grill & Broil Blend
½ cup minced mushrooms
½ cup grated carrots
¼ cup finely chopped green onion
1 tsp. salt
Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Shape into 4-6 hamburger patties. Barbecue, broil, or fry until meat is cooked as desired. Serve with lettuce, tomato, onion, and pickles with your favorite condiments on whole wheat buns.
