Grilled Chicken with Herbes De Provence
2 whole chicken breasts, halved, boned, skinned and butterflied
½ cup olive oil
1 lemon, juiced
2 Tbsp. The Spice Hunter Herbes de Provence
Marinate chicken in mixture of Herbes de Provence, lemon juice and oil for at least an hour. Grill until done, basting during first half of cooking with marinade. Discard any remaining marinade. To cook on the stove, heat half of the marinade in a frying pan over medium-high heat and discard the rest. Add chicken and sauté until thoroughly cooked.
