½ lb. small button mushrooms
¼ cup butter
2 tsp. The Spice Hunter Fines Herbes Global Blend
1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
1. Clean mushrooms and cut off the bottom of stems.
2. Melt butter in a saute pan over medium heat.
3. Add whole mushrooms and Fines Herbes and saute until they are softened and browned.
4. Add vinegar to pan. Stir and serve hot.
