Mediterranean Seasoned Vegetables
2 cups carrots, julienned
1½ cups zucchini, julienned
½ cup onion, thinly sliced
1 tsp. olive oil
1 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. The Spice Hunter Italian Seasoning
Heat oil in large skillet. Add carrots and onions and sauté over high heat, stirring occasionally. Stir zucchini into skillet. Melt butter in a small dish and add the Italian Seasoning. Pour over vegetables. Heat until vegetables have reached desired texture.
