One Pan Spicy Garlic Chicken and Potatoes


4-5 bone-in, skin on chicken thighs, about 2½ pounds
15-20 baby potatoes
1 small onion, chopped
2-3 Tbsp. olive oil
2 Tbsp. The Spice Hunter Spicy Garlic Global Fusion Rub


1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

2. Place chicken, potatoes and onion in a large roasting pan. Drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat. Sprinkle Spicy Garlic seasoning over everything and toss again to distribute spices evenly.

3. Bake for about 1 ½ hours, or until skin is crispy and chicken is done.

    it sounds and looks delicious. Look forward to trying it. I live alone and like fixing meals that provide me with leftovers for several days.
