Quick Pasta Casserole


½ cup dry red wine
2 (28 oz.) cans diced tomatoes in juice
1 cup water
1 Tbsp. The Spice Hunter Pasta Seasoning Blend
16 oz. dry ziti (small tubular) pasta
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated


Preheat oven to 350°F. Simmer first six ingredients for 2-3 minutes in a saucepan. Spread dry uncooked pasta over bottom of 9×13 baking dish. Pour sauce evenly over pasta, making sure all pasta is covered. Sprinkle cheeses over top. Cover with foil and bake approximately 40 minutes.
