1 Tbsp. The Spice Hunter Mulling Spices
1 (10 oz.) package frozen raspberries, thawed
4 lbs. tart cooking apples, peeled, cored and sliced
sugar to taste
Place apples and mulling spices (in a tea infuser, tie in cheese cloth) into large pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil and cook until apples are tender. Drain apples and remove spice bouquet. Chop apples using a food processor or immersion blender. Return to pot with raspberries added. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer about 15 minutes or until thoroughly cooked. Add sugar to taste and refrigerate.
