Roasted Tomatoes


5 Roma tomatoes, halved lengthwise
3 Tbsp. olive oil
2 tsp. The Spice Hunter Mediterranean Marjoram Leaves
2 garlic cloves, minced
Salt and pepper, to taste


1. Preheat the oven to 375°F. Place tomatoes on a sheet pan, cut side up, and drizzle with olive oil.

2. Sprinkle marjoram, garlic, salt and pepper over the tomatoes. Roast for 45-60 minutes, until the tomatoes look shriveled.

3. Serve warm or at room temperature.
