½ lb. shrimp; peeled, cleaned, deveined
2 Tbsp. butter
2 tsp. The Spice Hunter Lemon Pepper
¼ cup white wine
¼ cup heavy cream
In a wide pan melt butter. Add lemon pepper and shrimp and sauté for 2 minutes. Add white wine and cream. Increase heat to high. Cook until sauce is slightly thickened, and shrimp are cooked – about 3 minutes.
