4 cups pecan halves
1 egg white, beaten
½ cup brown sugar
1 Tbsp. kosher salt
1 tsp. The Spice Hunter Ground Red Pepper or 100% Organic Red Pepper (Cayenne)
Preheat oven to 350°F. Toss the pecans in a medium sized bowl with the egg white, making sure the pecans are evenly coated. Mix the sugar, salt, and red pepper together. Toss with the pecans. Spread the pecans on a greased cookie sheet in a single layer and toast in oven for 20 minutes. To prevent burning, remove from cookie sheet immediately.
