Spiced Sweet Potatoes
2 lbs. sweet potatoes
2 tsp. The Spice Hunter Jamaican Jerk Global Blend
¼ cup butter
½ cup brown sugar
3 Tbsp. water
1. Peel the sweet potatoes and slice ½-inch thick. Boil in a pot until just cooked and drain immediately.
2. While potatoes are cooking, combine Jamaican Jerk, butter, brown sugar and water in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer. Stir frequently until mixture becomes thick and syrupy.
3. Gently combine cooked potatoes and sauce. Serve and enjoy!
