Tandoori Edamame Hummus with Seeds and Grains
1 Tbsp. flax seeds
1 Tbsp. pumpkin seeds, toasted
½ tsp. The Spice Hunter Caraway Seeds, ground
1 Tbsp. sunflower seeds
1 Tbsp. The Spice Hunter Dutch Poppy Seeds
1½ cups edamame, shelled, frozen, blanched
2 Tbsp. tahini
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tsp. kosher salt
1 tsp. The Spice Hunter Tandoori Global Fusion Rub
1 Tbsp. canola oil
2 tsp. garlic cloves, minced
2 Tbsp. cilantro, chopped
For the topping, combine ingredients and set aside.
For the hummus, combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend for 2 minutes or until desired smoothness is achieved. Sprinkle with topping. Serve with toasted naan slices, crackers, or raw vegetables.
