Tandoori Spiced Nuts
1 lb. raw nuts, mixed or single variety
1 egg white
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. The Spice Hunter Tandoori Global Fusion Rub
Preheat oven to 325°F. Beat egg white in a large bowl until frothy; mix in nuts Combine sugar and seasoning, then toss with nuts to coat. Pour onto a greased or lined baking sheet, spreading into a single layer. Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through. Let cool and serve or store in a sealed container.
