Tomato Mole Sauce
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
2 Tbsp. The Spice Hunter Smoky Chile Global Fusion Rub
1 tsp. packed brown sugar
Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan. Heat to a simmer, stirring occasionally, then remove from heat. Use as enchilada sauce, over burritos for wet burritos, on top of chicken and rice, or mix into shredded meat for a taco or burrito filling. Makes about 2 cups; recipe may be doubles with a large 29-ounce can of tomato sauce.
