Tuna Panini Melts


Ingredients

1 (12oz.) can tuna, drained
¼ cup diced celery
¼ cup diced cucumber
2 Tbsp. pickle relish
2 Tbsp. diced onion
¼ tsp. The Spice Hunter California Granulated Garlic or 100% Organic Granulated Garlic
¼ tsp. The Spice Hunter Coarse Ground Black Pepper or 100% Organic Coarse Ground Black Pepper
pinch of salt
¼ cup Duke’s Light Mayonnaise with Olive Oil, plus more for bread
8 thick slices French bread
4 slices cheddar cheese

Preparation

Combine tuna, celery, cucumber, relish, onion, garlic, pepper salt and mayonnaise in a bowl. Divide mixture between 4 slices of bread, place cheese on top of tuna, then top with other 4 slices of bread. Lightly spread mayonnaise on outside of sandwich, then place on panini press or heated pan and cook until golden brown on both sides.
