Venetian Pasta


Ingredients

6 Tbsp. butter
1½ cups cream
1 Tbsp. The Spice Hunter Pasta Seasoning
1 fresh, ripe tomato, seeded and chopped
¾ lb. sea bass, or other white fish cut into small chunks
½ cup frozen peas, thawed
3-4 cups hot, cooked, drained fettuccini

Preparation

In a low, wide pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the cream and increase heat to bring to a simmer. Allow to simmer and reduce for a few minutes. Add the Pasta Seasoning and tomato. Simmer 2 minutes. Add fish, continue on simmer until the fish is cooked (about 4 minutes). Add peas and fettuccini and toss. Serve with grated Parmesan or Romano cheese.
