What an easy, quick, and delicious dinner! I added some artichoke hearts and 1 Tb. of lemon juice for brighter flavor and served over wide pasta. This recipe also reheats very well the next day. I love Spice Hunter's Poultry Seasoning and use it often. My family doesn't eat red meat or pork, so a good poultry and fish seasoning is important to me. This one is great all-around; perfect added to rice cooking water, savory bread pudding, sautéed shrimp, and turkey meatloaf. I've tried many poultry seasonings over the years, this one is hands down the best!
