This recipe uses the following spices:

Baked Scallops


1 cup unseasoned breadcrumbs
1 tsp. The Spice Hunter Lemon Pepper
5 Tbsp. The Spice Hunter Fresh at Hand Spring Salad Mix
1 ½ lbs. fresh sea scallops, rinsed, drained
¼ cup butter, melted
¼ cup white wine
1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. lemon juice


Preheat oven to 400°F. Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish. Combine breadcrumbs, lemon pepper, and spring salad mix in a small bowl. Press scallops into mixture so that they are evenly coated, and place them in the greased baking dish. Mix together melted butter, wine and lemon juice; drizzle mixture over scallops. Bake until scallops are lightly browned, about 20 minutes.
