This recipe uses the following spices:

Black Beans and Rice


2 (15 oz.) cans black beans
2 slices bacon, finely chopped
2 tsp. The Spice Hunter Key Lime Pepper
4 cups cooked long grain rice


In a saucepan, cook bacon over medium heat until crisp. Add black beans and cook, uncovered, until the beans have thickened slightly, about 5 minutes. Add Key Lime Pepper. Serve beans over cooked rice. Serve with Avocado and Tomato Salsa.
