This recipe uses the following spices:

Cheddar Ginger Sauce For Cauliflower


2 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. flour
1½ tsp. The Spice Hunter Ground Ginger or 100% Organic Ground Ginger
1 cup half & half
1 clove garlic
1 Tbsp. minced onion
½ tsp. Dijon-style mustard
½ lb. grated mild cheddar cheese
1 cauliflower head, cooked


Melt butter. Add flour and stir. Add ginger, garlic and onion and stir briefly. Slowly add half & half, stirring constantly. Add mustard and cheese. Stir until melted and hot. Serve over cooked cauliflower.
