This recipe uses the following spices:

Cranberry-Brandy Glaze For Poultry

Ingredients:

1 can whole cranberry sauce
¼ cup sugar
1 The Spice Hunter Indonesian Cinnamon Stick
finely grated peel of 1 orange
8 The Spice Hunter Whole Penang Cloves
¼ cup brandy

Preparation:

Mix all ingredients except brandy in saucepan. Cover and simmer 15 minutes. Remove from heat. Discard cinnamon stick and cloves. Add brandy and serve. Delicious!
