This recipe uses the following spices:

Cucumber Raita

Ingredients:

2½ cups plain yogurt
1 small cucumber, peeled and grated
1 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh mint
¾ tsp. The Spice Hunter Turkish Cumin
¼ tsp. The Spice Hunter Red Pepper (Cayenne), or to taste
¼ tsp. salt (optional)
freshly ground pepper to taste

Preparation:

Place yogurt in a medium bowl and whisk until smooth. Add remaining ingredients, stir and chill until serving time. Serve as a refreshing dip for vegetables, pita bread or with curry dishes.
