This recipe uses the following spices:

Curry Chicken Salad


1½ lbs. chicken, cooked, chilled & cubed or shredded
¾ cup Duke's Mayonnaise
2 tsp. The Spice Hunter Curry Seasoning or 100% Organic Curry Seasoning, plus more to taste
1 cup grapes, halved
½ cup celery, chopped
¼ cup almonds, sliced
salt & pepper to taste


Mix mayonnaise and curry seasoning in large bowl. Add remaining ingredients and salt and pepper to taste. Mix well, cover and chill until ready to serve.
