This recipe uses the following spices:

Dulce De Leche Ice Cream

Ingredients:

1 (10 oz.) can sweetened, condensed milk
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup whole milk
1 The Spice Hunter Indonesian Cinnamon Stick
2 tsp. The Spice Hunter Pure Vanilla Extract

Preparation:

Pour condensed milk into a medium saucepan; cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thick and golden brown, about 15 minutes. Remove from heat. Meanwhile, in another medium saucepan over medium-low heat, bring cream, milk, and cinnamon stick to a simmer. Remove cinnamon stick. Slowly pour condensed milk into large bowl. Gradually whisk in cream mixture, then vanilla. Cover; refrigerate until cold. Stir mixture. Transfer to ice-cream maker; freeze according to manufacturer’s directions.
