This recipe uses the following spices:

East Indian Marinade For Chicken


8 oz. plain yogurt
1 clove of garlic, minced
juice of 1 lime
1 Tbsp. The Spice Hunter Garam Masala
3½ lbs. of chicken


Wash and pat chicken dry. Combine other ingredients to make marinade. Cover chicken with marinade. Cover pot and refrigerate for at least 6-12 hours, turning chicken a few times. Preheat oven 450°F. Bake for 45 minutes, brushing with marinade during cooking.
