This recipe uses the following spices:

Greek Meatloaf


1 lb. ground turkey
2 eggs
¾ cup bread crumbs
1 tsp. The Spice Hunter 100% Organic Marjoram
1 tsp. The Spice Hunter Mint
½ tsp. The Spice Hunter 100% Organic Cinnamon
zest of one lemon, finely minced
1 cup onion, finely minced
salt and pepper to taste
¼ cup parsley, chopped

Yogurt Sauce:
1 cucumber
1 cup plain yogurt
2 cloves of garlic, minced
salt and pepper to taste


Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix all meatloaf ingredients, except parsley, together in a medium bowl until well combined. Press into greased loaf pan and bake in oven for 50 minutes. To serve, slice and place on a platter. Pour yogurt sauce over top and garnish with parsley.To make yogurt sauce, peel one cucumber and grate. Place in strainer set over bowl while the meatloaf is cooking. Press to remove any remaining liquid from cucumber. In a medium bowl, mix yogurt with garlic and the grated cucumber. Add salt and pepper to taste.
