This recipe uses the following spices:

Grill Shakers Garlic Potatoes


4-6 large russet potatoes, peeled and quartered
4-8 Tbsp. butter
½ cup milk
¼ cup sour cream or Duke's Mayonnaise
1½ tsp. The Spice Hunter Roasted Garlic Grill Shakers
salt and pepper to taste


Place potatoes in large pot and cover with water. Boil potatoes until cooked (approximately 20-25 minutes, when fork is easily inserted) and drain. Add in remaining ingredients. Mash until a smooth creamy texture is reached. Serve immediately while hot. Garnish with your favorite Italian cheese.
