This recipe uses the following spices:

Potato Leek Soup


3 Tbsp. butter
1½ lbs. sliced leeks
1½ lbs. peeled and diced potatoes
1 qt. chicken broth
½ cup cream
The Spice Hunter Muntock White Pepper
The Spice Hunter Freeze Dried Chives


Soften leeks and potatoes in butter in a large heavy pan over moderate heat for 10 minutes, stirring 3 times. Add broth. Cook until vegetables are tender. Purée. Return to pot and heat with cream. Season to taste. Serve topped with chives.
