This recipe uses the following spices:

Pumpkin Stir Fry


1 cup cooked pumpkin cubes
1 (1 lb.) bag frozen stir fry vegetables
2 Tbsp. olive oil
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. The Spice Hunter Fresh at Hand Ginger
2 tsp. The Spice Hunter Fresh at Hand Garlic
½ tsp. The Spice Hunter Crushed Red Chile Pepper


Heat oil and soy sauce in a frying pan or wok; add remaining ingredients. Stir Fry over high heat, mixing frequently, until vegetables are tender. Serve over steamed rice.
