This recipe uses the following spices:

Shellfish Boil


2 quarts cold water
4 drops Tabasco
juice of 2 lemons
2 Tbsp. The Spice Hunter Seafood Grill and Broil
3 lbs. shrimp or crab


Bring water, Tabasco and lemon juice to boil. Add Seafood Grill and Broil. Boil for 10 minutes, lower heat. Add shellfish and cook for 7 minutes or until delicately cooked. Serve warm in bowls with bread or strain out seafood and serve cold with a cocktail sauce.
